Inside Sales Specialist (Full-time)

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Inside Sales Representative RB Door Systems is looking for a full-time, in-office Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organized, and great with customers. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and helping customers find the right solution.
Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Communicating with suppliers and customers to support sales
Assisting with order entry and general sales support
Working closely with the office and operations team
Helping grow existing accounts and bring in new business
Previous sales or customer service experience
Confidence following up with customers and closing opportunities
Experience in doors, construction, service, or trades is an asset
