We are a modern consultancy – combining strategy expertise with deep technology, analytics and operations experience, to create pragmatic solutions and outcomes. 

 

In Technology & Transformation at Deloitte, you will work with collaborative teams that aim to shape every aspect of businesses and help organizations across a wide range of industries to imagine, deliver, and run their future. Your typical responsibilities may include conducting research, synthesizing results, preparing client workshops and presentations, analyzing and visualizing data, designing new products and digital assets, innovating tools and methodologies, and supporting strategic firm initiatives. You will have the opportunity to leverage your professional background and skills by specializing immediately or by gaining exposure to several industries and competencies during your first few years with the firm.

About the team

 

Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OI&DS) helps clients transform their businesses by combining industry expertise, strategic excellence, operational expertise, and technology delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to join one of our teams who partner with clients to design, implement, and operate solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive lasting impact: 

• Banking & Investment Solutions : Advise banking, payments, and investment management clients on business and technology transformations that drive growth, operational efficiency, and digital innovation. 
• Insurance Solutions : Partner with insurance clients to design and implement business, technology, and operating model transformations that enhance customer experience and enable long-term growth.
• Healthcare Solutions : Support public and private healthcare organizations in addressing complex operational and strategic challenges through transformation initiatives that improve service delivery and organizational performance.
• GPS Solutions : Help government and public sector organizations deliver large-scale transformation programs that improve public services, operational effectiveness, and citizen outcomes. 
• Retail Solutions : Work with retail clients to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and drive growth in an evolving marketplace. 
• Operations Excellence (& Delivery) : Lead and support complex business and technology transformation programs across various industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Government and Public Services, Defence, and Consumer.

Eligibility Requirements

 

• Are completing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree program and graduating by September 2027 .
• Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

 

Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.

 

Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa Consulting practice will be required to obtain “Reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $122,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
