The Financial Crime landscape is continually evolving and becoming increasingly complex for our clients to manage. Our team needs individuals who will help provide expert advice and solutions to address our clients Financial Crime Management needs across the organization. Are you ready for the challenge? 

What will your typical day look like?

• Troubleshoot data quality issues by validating assumptions and using sound judgment to spot anomalies or misinterpretations.
• Translate analysis and findings into clear, concise insights and communicate effectively via visualizations, dashboards, and/or slide decks.
• Remain up to date with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and refine consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
• Learn from deep subject matter experts through mentoring and on the job coaching.
• Be empowered to lead and have an impact with clients, our communities and in the office.

About the team

The Financial Crime and Analytics at Deloitte helps our clients to protect their brand and reputation by proactively advising them on their exposure to fraud, AML, regulatory, and other financial crime issues. Drawing on our global network of seasoned investigators, intelligence analysts, technologists and advanced analytics, we can quickly and efficiently gain an understanding of our clients’ various Financial Crime exposures.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Proven analytical skills (using tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI) and systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with ability to transform insights into compelling stories and building supporting visuals/slide decks.
• A passionate, motivated self-starter who is able to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• A collaborative team player who is curious, flexible and constantly striving to learn and grow.
• Experience working in or exposure to consulting, financial services, fraud, AML, or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Candidates may be required to obtain Government of Canada reliability status. 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $84,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
