Global Engineering Services Manager at McCain

Take charge as the Global Manager of Engineering Services at McCain Foods in Toronto, Ontario. Lead strategy and governance for utilities, refrigeration, and engineering across a global network. - Lead global utility systems strategy and standards
- Establish engineering standards and project design requirements
- Drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Act as technical leader for Process Safety Management
- Support capital projects from concept to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in utilities and industrial engineering
- Strong leadership of cross-regional teams
- Deep expertise in refrigeration and asset management
- Proficiency in SAP PM and CAD tools
