Global Supply Chain Manager at Generac

Join Generac as a Senior Global Supply Manager and lead strategic supply chain initiatives focused on commercial excellence and quality. Oversee contract manufacturers while enhancing delivery and cost efficiency. This pivotal senior role requires over eight years of supply chain experience. You will lead contract negotiations, nurture relationships with contract manufacturer leadership, and ensure service level adherence. Your proactive approach to risk management will align supply chain functions with Generac’s business objectives and drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee relationships with contract manufacturers for optimal performance
• Lead negotiations for contracts and supply agreements
• Conduct performance reviews based on key performance indicators
• Manage escalations and resolve disputes effectively
• Collaborate with teams for product alignment initiatives Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• 8+ years in supply chain or contract manufacturing
• Proven skills in negotiation with outsourced manufacturers
• Experience with global suppliers, particularly in Asia
