Supply Chain Site Reliability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote stability practices across application development
- Conduct root-cause analysis on reported incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective application support
- Manage and prioritize improvements in operations
- Oversee documentation and facilitate training sessions
- 5+ years in retail/Supply Chain and 5-10 years IT experience
- Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering
- Proficient in Azure cloud applications and database systems
- Familiar with DevOps practices and microservices architecture
- Ability to analyze performance gaps and improve processes
