We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Remote Sales Development Representative to our team of partner agencies. As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities for our partner agency by reaching out to prospects, introducing our products and services, conducting discovery calls, and qualifying leads for product demos. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our agency and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products, services, and partner offerings.
• Discovery Calls: Conduct in-depth discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and to identify potential opportunities for our products and services.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our solutions and their readiness for a product demo.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospect information in our CRM system.
• Sales Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights that contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
• Sales Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call quotas, lead qualification targets, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
