El rol:
Como Sales Development Representative SDR, deberás tener una metodología de telemercadeo para contactar clientes potenciales para Bold y transformarlos en leads calificados que pueden ser atendidos posteriormente por nuestro equipo comercial SMB (medianos comercios).
Deberás:
Investigar y generar una lista de prospectos que puedan estar interesados en los productos o servicios que ofrece Bold a partir de las bases de datos suministradas y demás fuentes de información de potenciales clientes B2B (comercios)
Cumplir con la meta de +60 llamadas diarias.
Realizar el primer contacto con los prospectos a través de canales de telemercadeo como llamadas y correos electrónicos, identificando decisores claves para la adquisición de nuestro portafolio
Evaluar si los prospectos son adecuados para ser transferidos al equipo comercial, utilizando criterios claros de calificación de leads.
Transferir los leads calificados al equipo comercial y colaborar estrechamente para asegurar una transición fluida.
Realizar seguimiento a los leads para asegurar su cierre efectivo por parte de nuestra fuerza comercial externa.

Contrato a término INDEFINIDO

Bono por desempeño a partir del año de antigüedad o paquete de acciones ¡tu eliges!
Salario básico 1.750.905 + Auxilio de conectividad fijo de $249.000 + comisiones 100% prestacionales
Labor REMOTO (Con disponibilidad para estar de manera presencial cuando se necesite)
Con el cumplimiento de tus objetivos de los primeros tres meses al 100%, recibirás un aumento de tu salario básico
Horario: De lunes a jueves de 8am a 5:30pm y los viernes de 8am a 5pm en MODALIDAD REMOTO

Qué esperamos de ti:
Experiencia previa en ventas B2B, prospección en frío (outbound) y cualificación de leads de valor (preferiblemente en el sector financiero, tecnología, servicios corporativos entre otros).
Habilidad para prospectar de manera autónoma utilizando herramientas digitales.
Orientación al logro, resiliencia y alta adaptabilidad al cambio.
