Technical Recruiting Account Executive (Banking Industry) Location: Remote (Company HQ: East Rutherford, NJ)

We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Account Executive with 3–8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry . You will be responsible for building client relationships, driving new business, and delivering highly skilled technical talent to financial institutions and banking clients.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with banking and financial services clients.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver top technical talent for roles in software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and financial technology.
Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts within the banking/fintech sector.
Own the full client lifecycle: lead generation, account development, placement management, and relationship retention.
Track performance metrics and maintain pipeline activity through CRM/ATS tools.
3–8+ years of recruiting, account executive, or business development experience within the banking/financial services industry .
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting quotas.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and the financial services hiring landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing client relationships in banking/fintech are a plus.
