Estimator/Procurement Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
This position is a 40 hour/week, long term employment position estimating
commercial and residential construction projects to provide clients with
exceptional, high quality, worry free home renovations and work places.
Character Qualities:
- Passionate about estimating, administrative and organizational duties
related to the residential and commercial construction industry

- Self-motivated, works hard, quickly and efficiently

- Humble and teachable, can learn new tasks quickly
Responsibilities include:
- Produce accurate estimates and proposals for construction projects
- Produce change orders
- Track project costing
- Assist in managing projects
- Assist in sales process and site measures
- Material sourcing and purchasing
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members and sub trades
Qualifications:
- Exceptional administration/organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills including Word processing, Excel
and able to catch on to new software quickly
- A deep understanding of the residential and commercial construction
industry
- Mathematical
Key results areas:
- Complete accurate estimates and change orders in a timely manner
- Accurately track project costs and analyze data
- Able to source, purchase and have products delivered to sites in
order to facilitate a smooth construction process
- Self-motivated, hard worker, quick on the computer
- Anticipates which tasks are coming up and doesn't allow things to fall
between the cracks
Wages:
- $20 - $40 / hour based on experience
- Vehicle allowance
- Holiday and vacation pay
