The Renovation Sales Representative will be a part of our Renovation sales team; our renovation channel is designed for high-performing in-home sales professionals who value
This role is suited for experienced sales professionals who can lead the in-home sales conversation, manage a disciplined pipeline, and move opportunities forward efficiently
Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment through signed agreement
- Drive timely, well-managed sales decisions while maintaining a consultative customer experience • Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation using CRM and sales tools
- Build referral and repeat business through strong customer relationships
Strong closing ratios within an efficient sales cycle
- Organized, accurate pipeline management
- Positive customer feedback and reviews
Proven success in in-home or consultative sales
- Comfort selling premium or technical products
- Excellent time management and personal discipline
- Experience using CRM and digital quoting tools
- Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000–$150,000+ (no cap)
- Comprehensive onboarding and sales coaching
- Training on premium products, systems, and sales process
- Company car, phone, and benefits to support your success
- Post secondary education considered an asset, but not required
- Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Valid driver’s license and anility to travel for appointments as required.
