Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs- Drive sales through effective negotiation and closing deals- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
Skills:
- Proficient in English communication- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field- Strong negotiation skills- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus- Ability to engage in telemarketing activities- Excellent customer service skills
