Are you a fast learner looking to expand your accounting and finance expertise while gaining valuable Treasury experience? This role offers the opportunity to further develop your technical and professional skills while making a meaningful impact on the organization.
5 x 2, 8-hour shifts
Prepare and coordinate quarter-end schedules (covenant calculations, trust indentures, financial statement review, debt reconciliation and MD&A notes)
Assist in preparing monthly derivatives hedge accounting entries
Record accrual entries and CAD and USD bank transactions
Complete additional duties to support Treasury team goals and project work as assigned
Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience
Accounting degree required
Completion of, or enrollment in an accounting designation (CPA) program is considered an asset
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required. Competitive salary, stock options, company matched stock savings plan, annual bonuses
