Description: Junior Accountant / Accounting Analyst

Requirements

• 1 year accounting experience (AP/AR)
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration
• Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor)
• Intermediate excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Drives/has a car

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting requirements
• Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies or process improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis using Excel and ERP systems
• Collaborate with operational and non-financial stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting deadlines
