Junior Accounting Associate

Job Responsibility:

OVERVIEW

As a part of the Accounting Team, you will play a supporting role in all accounting functions, including, but not limited to; credit card reconciliation, invoicing and banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing electronic documents in Windows file folder system and web-based database
• Organizing and prioritizing client and finance requirements
• Developing and nurturing positive relationships with key contacts.
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting Team, including creating and updating client invoices, database entry and maintenance, and responding to invoice-related inquiries.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Mastered proficiency in Excel.
• Accounting Background, including work experience or relevant education.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Success in building strong relationships.
• Maintains organization and interprets information able to make judgments based on multiple variables.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
• Preferred for experience with TRAMS Travel Accounting System.
