Job Responsibility:
Frontier Lodging Solutions in Calgary aims to provide simple, efficient, and cost-effective workforce and corporate lodging. Our office location, on 17th Avenue, encourages cooperation and teamwork, possessing a bright and varied culture that promotes professional growth and skill acquisition.
Working Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Frontier prioritizes work-life balance while appreciating the contributions of its employees and assisting in their professional development.
OVERVIEW
As a part of the Accounting Team, you will play a supporting role in all accounting functions, including, but not limited to; credit card reconciliation, invoicing and banking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing electronic documents in Windows file folder system and web-based database
- Organizing and prioritizing client and finance requirements
- Developing and nurturing positive relationships with key contacts.
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting Team, including creating and updating client invoices, database entry and maintenance, and responding to invoice-related inquiries.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Mastered proficiency in Excel.
- Accounting Background, including work experience or relevant education.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Success in building strong relationships.
- Maintains organization and interprets information able to make judgments based on multiple variables.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
- Preferred for experience with TRAMS Travel Accounting System.

Starting compensation for this role is $37,500-$40,000 annually.
