Within GWAM Canada Manulife Wealth is comprised of three distribution firms (Advisory Services) an Investment Dealer (ID) a Mutual Funds Dealer (MFD) and an insurance MGA (MWISI). The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Burlington office ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role focuses on in-person reception duties and general office support. The position requires strong customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain a positive and organized office atmosphere.
This is an onsite role with some flexibility in our Burlington office hours are 8:30 a.m. Reception & Visitor Management (50%)
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Office Administration & Support (50%)
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
Assist with coordinating onsite meetings and social events.
Maintain contact with building property services and manage work orders.
Ensure cleanliness of common areas (e.g. loading dishwasher watering plants).
Minimum two years of administrative or office support experience with focus in financial services.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); familiarity with Office 365.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
