Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary Real Rehab is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced physiotherapy and massage clinic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask with precision and professionalism.

Duties

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars using clinic management software.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying and updating records.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client information.
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, managing office supplies, and proofreading documents.
• Provide information about Real Rehab services and address client inquiries.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a receptionist in a physiotherapy, massage, or similar clinic is required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using clinic management software and standard office equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with physiotherapy or massage clinic procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
