Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Join the vibrant team at Mississauga Used Car Superstore(MUCS) as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Efficiently manage and route incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform essential administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide general information about the dealership to customers and visitors.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, luxury retail, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn about company operations or existing knowledge is beneficial.
  • Dedicated, hardworking, and a committed team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
