Full or Part Time Front Desk Agent

Job Summary Real Rehab is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced physiotherapy and massage clinic. Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars using clinic management software.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying and updating records.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client information.
Handle administrative tasks, including filing, managing office supplies, and proofreading documents.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Prior experience as a receptionist in a physiotherapy, massage, or similar clinic is required.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in using clinic management software and standard office equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
Familiarity with physiotherapy or massage clinic procedures is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
