The Position
Responsible for performing various document editing, filing, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Assist with AP and AR. Assist in general administrative tasks such as answering phones, faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, coordinating department meetings and expediting information as needed. Will be relief for receptionist occasionally.Qualifications
2-5 years' experience in a professional office environment. Possess an advanced level of computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Education
