Sales Representative - RTD Beverage (Calgary South)
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth beverage client to recruit a Sales Representative to drive expansion across the ready-to-drink (RTD) category in the the South of Calgary. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a brand in a fast-moving and highly competitive segment.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve volume and distribution targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
Build strong relationships across retail and on-premise customers
Collaborate with Marketing to align in-market execution with brand strategy
Stay close to market trends and consumer preferences within the RTD and beverage alcohol space
Deliver best-in-class customer service while managing day-to-day account needs
2+ years of experience in beverage alcohol or CPG sales, ideally within RTD or related categories
- Strong understanding of the Alberta beverage alcohol landscape
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Southern Alberta
Competitive compensation ($60-65K base, 20% bonus target) plus benefits and RRSP match
Autonomy to build and grow your territory in a high-potential market
