Field Sales Representative – Commercial Security

About the Role
Authorized Security is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base in Calgary and the surrounding areas.
If you’re a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering real value to businesses, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial clients
- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend tailored security solutions
- Sell and present CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- B2B sales experience (security, tech, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial security systems
- Existing network in Edmonton’s business community
- Technical understanding of electronic security solutions
