Field Sales Representative - Painting

Mill Creek Painters is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Calgary .
This role is for someone who knows how to sell, wants control over their income, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
We provide a mix of inbound leads and systems , but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide painting estimates
- Presenting services and closing deals in person
- Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
- Generating your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach
- Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
- Representing the Mill Creek brand professionally in the field

Requirements
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in sales, home services, or construction is an asset
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- High commission per project
- Uncapped earning potential
- Mileage reimbursement
