Production Coordinator / Client Services

We’re currently hiring a Production Supervisor for our Edmonton Plant 1 Location. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but in this position, you will play a critical role in leading a safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing team while building a culture where people feel supported and proud of the work they do. Address unsafe actions immediately and consistently
Ensure compliance with safety policies and OHS regulations
Drive “First Time Right” Quality

Set clear quality expectations and hold the team accountable
Ensure employees are trained on standard work and best practices
Monitor processes, perform audits, and address quality issues quickly
Track and report quality metrics and production performance
Coach, motivate, and support Team Leaders and production employees
Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure daily targets are met
Provide regular feedback and address performance issues promptly
Remove roadblocks and support continuous improvement discussions

Promote collaboration across shifts and production lines
Partner with support teams including H&S, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and HR
3+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience managing daily production, priorities, and performance
Continuous-improvement mindset with solid problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary education, Lean manufacturing knowledge, or fenestration experience are assets
Safety-oriented and quality-driven
