Ce que tu vas faire au quotidien

Tu passes tes journées à contacter des restaurateurs — gérants, propriétaires, directeurs des opérations — pour leur montrer pourquoi Pivot peut changer leur quotidien. Tu les trouves, tu les contactes, et tu prends des rendez-vous qualifiés pour notre équipe de vente.

Prospection active : identifier les bonnes cibles et décrocher le téléphone

Tu as travaillé en salle, en cuisine, en gestion ou dans les opérations d'un restaurant. Tu apprends vite et tu appliques le feedback le lendemain matin, pas la semaine prochaine

Bilingue (français et anglais) — nos clients sont partout au Québec

Ce n'est pas un environnement où tout est structuré et documenté. Un bureau pet-friendly (oui, tu peux amener ton chien)

You know restaurants from the inside. As soon as possible

Mon–Thu in office, Friday remote

Pivot is a SaaS platform that simplifies operations for restaurant operators — cost management, process optimization, profitability. We're growing fast and need someone who understands the industry from the inside to help us reach more of it.

You'll spend your days calling restaurant operators — GMs, owners, ops directors — to show them why Pivot can change how they work. You find them, you call them, and you book qualified meetings for our sales team.

Active prospecting: find the right targets and pick up the phone

Rigorous CRM hygiene: every interaction logged in HubSpot, no exceptions

Non-negotiable — Restaurant experience

You've worked front-of-house, back-of-house, in management, or in restaurant operations. If you haven't lived the daily challenges of running a restaurant, this role probably isn't right for you.

You thrive in ambiguity — we're a startup, things change, playbooks evolve

You apply feedback the next morning, not next week

Bilingual (French and English) — our clients are across Quebec

We're building the plane while flying it, and we need people who find that exciting rather than terrifying.
