Contractor Sales Representative - Inside Sales

Our client, a renowned Quebec manufacturer established for over 50 years in Montreal, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team.
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind converting business opportunities for large-scale projects across North America. If you are looking for a dynamic environment where your initiative will be rewarded, this Inside Sales Representative position is for you!
Contract: Permanent
Competitive salary between $60k and $80k depending on your expertise in Montreal.
Flexible 40-hour weekly schedule.
Analyze tenders and bid requests for institutional and private sector clients.
Collaborate closely with the estimating team to develop precise technical proposals.
Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with contractors and architects.
Use and maintain the CRM to ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in Montreal.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to serve clients in Ontario and the United States.
Possess a true "Sales DNA": proactivity, tenacity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
