Business Development Representative - Ampliphi - Montreal
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive strategic outbound growth and build a high-quality pipeline for our sales team.
This is a performance-driven role focused on proactive account penetration, multi-channel prospecting, and disciplined opportunity qualification. You will play a critical role in accelerating Ampliphi’s expansion across North America by consistently generating qualified opportunities and engaging senior decision-makers.
At Ampliphi, we are a team of passionate tech experts, seasoned industry professionals, and experienced hoteliers who have come together to tackle the revenue management challenges hotels face. By combining deep industry knowledge with innovative AI-driven technology, Ampliphi helps hotels optimize pricing, increase profitability, and streamline operations.
Ampliphi is a fast-growing next-generation revenue management solution (RMS) designed to empower hotel revenue managers with data-driven pricing, forecasting, and yield optimization capabilities. Our platform leverages advanced AI, predictive analytics, and real-time market insights to help clients maximize profitability and streamline operations. We’re scaling quickly and looking for ambitious team members to help build the future of hospitality tech.

The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!
Identify, research, and target independent hotels and hospitality groups aligned with Ampliphi’s Ideal Customer Profile
Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels)
Pipeline Development
Generate and qualify high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Performance and Execution
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
Maintain strong activity levels with a focus on quality engagement
Monitor personal performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordingly
CRM and Process Discipline
Maintain accurate and structured data within HubSpot CRM
Provide clear pipeline visibility and activity reporting
Demonstrated success in consistently generating a qualified pipeline
~ Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers
Strong cold prospecting capabilities and account penetration skills
Ability to balance activity volume with thoughtful account strategy
Commercial Acumen
Strong qualification skills and ability to quickly identify business pain points
Confident in communicating value propositions to business owners and operators
Performance Orientation
Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills
High standards for CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
Bilingual (English/French), particularly for Montreal-based candidates
Consistent overachievement of pipeline targets
Strong conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunity
