Office Manager - Full Time - Construction Industry

Your new company You will be joining a growing construction firm based in North York that manages a diverse portfolio of projects. They are looking for an Office Manager who can keep the office running smoothly while supporting internal departments.
As the Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations and act as the main coordination point for leadership, project teams, site staff, vendors, and clients. You’ll support a mix of administrative, accounting, HR, and operational functions that keep the business running smoothly.
Manage day‑to‑day office operations, communication flow, calendars, and meeting logistics
Coordinate couriers, mail, office supplies, equipment, and inventory management
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and company documentation
Assisting with project cost documentation
Assist site teams with labour tracking, safety supplies, WSIB documentation, and basic technology needs
Support HR‑related tasks such as onboarding and administrative coordination
Help onboard staff to company software systems and act as a contact for day‑to‑day tech support
3–7+ years of administrative, office management, or project coordination experience (construction industry experience is an asset).
- Familiarity with construction documentation, project workflows, and trade/vendor coordination.
- Experience with accounting tasks such as invoice entry, statement reconciliation, and purchase order/subcontract tracking.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365 and exposure to tools such as Jonas Premier, CMIC, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to streamline processes and improve office efficiencies.
This role offers variety, visibility to leadership, and the chance to shape day‑to‑day office operations. You will gain exposure to project teams, accounting processes, HR activities, and company-wide systems, while being part of a supportive team environment. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000, full‑time, onsite in North York.
