Marketing and Sales (CA)
Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
This role is a part of the John Deere early development program designed to incorporate John Deere equipment, systems, processes, sales and marketing knowledge through short-term rotations. This role provides a foundation of knowledge about our business and prepares the individual for future progressive roles in the Company. Subsequent roles could be in various locations across Canada, and as such, the candidate should be prepared to relocate for future positions.
1 to 3 years of agricultural industry experience in any field

• Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%
• Ability to relocate for this position, as well as future opportunities
• Agriculture field experience with regular customer interaction

Agricultural financials
Knowledge of Ag equipment, products, customers
Bilingual communication skills (English/French)
Knowledge of dealer/distribution network
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
~ Agricultural or Business or Engineering or related degree program
