Graphic Designer and Illustrator- Freelancer

We're hiring an Intermediate Graphic Designer who can execute high-quality design solutions across product campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring seamless design execution from conceptualization to final production.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.

Develop high-fidelity mockups, design iterations, and final production files for digital, social, e-commerce, print, packaging, and in-store retail displays.

Support the design and layout of presentations for campaigns, brand guidelines, and internal creative decks.

Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all creative assets, adhering to brand guidelines.

Assist in creative direction and execution, collaborating with designers, illustrators, photographers, motion artists, content creators, and external vendors.

Manage fast-turnaround design requests, balancing speed with quality while maintaining clear design logic and storytelling.

Partner with cross-functional teams across brand, marketing, retail, paid digital, and communications to bring both evergreen brand content and campaigns to life.

Oversee day-to-day management of design files across the internal database, ensuring organization and accessibility.

Support in the creation of creative briefs for external partners, freelancers, and agency collaborators.

Manage up on design deliverables, ensuring scheduled timely reviews with the Senior Manager, Art & Design (Global) to maintain alignment and efficiency.

Provide guidance and feedback to Junior Designers, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.

Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple deadlines and last-minute changes.

2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Motion design or video editing experience is a plus.
