Job Title: Canadian Programs Coordinator Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Location: Remote - Greater Toronto Area
The role of the Canadian Programs Coordinator is to increase the efficiency of Ally's operations in Canada. Along with your organization and management abilities, you are a skilled problem solver. You enjoy building relationships and connecting with new people.
Provide general administrative support to the Canadian programs team? Project coordination - create and maintain project plans and schedules; monitor progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope? Data management - maintain accurate records related to program activities, participants and outcomes? Report writing - communicate program updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders? Grant and proposal writing - assist in the preparation of grant applications and project proposals to secure funding for program initiatives? Training and capacity building - help organize and deliver training sessions for volunteers? Resolve administrative problems and help increase efficiency of operations? Collaboration and teamwork - work closely with the Canadian Programs Manager and other team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives? International and domestic travel 2-6 weeks/year, dependent on latest priorities
