Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Development to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain portfolio database to manage lease obligations & lifecycle initiatives;
  • You partner with key stakeholders on the development of retail locations in North America and Europe;
  • Facilitate cross-functional existing portfolio review to identify strategic direction for existing assets for renewals, renovation and relocation;
  • Develop and maintain pipeline of new potential locations, timing and sequencing to drive and inform long term strategic objectives;
  • Oversee project close out process to ensure accurate documentation and archiving is completed and tenant improvement funds are collected;
  • Lead lease administration & asset management working closely with finance, retail controller and lease administration support;
  • Lead retail renewal and relocation lease negotiations that support lifecycle initiatives;
  • Support strategic business plan process (SBP) by providing market holding capacity data through the lens of current epicenter framework;
  • Lead lease negotiations, coordinating with key stakeholders, legal, operations, finance, design and construction;
  • Prepare and present executive summaries for site proposals for review by committee and approval by Senior Leadership.

  • Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Business or Law;
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration;
