Release Train Strategist in Toronto

- Facilitate program increment planning sessions for team alignment
- Monitor team progression to adhere to timelines
- Identify and resolve obstacles affecting schedules
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize upcoming releases
- Report key metrics to track release train effectiveness
- 2+ years of RTE experience required
- Strong understanding of money movement processes
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence usage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
