Lead enterprise-wide network changes as a Senior Release Manager in Toronto. As a key leader in Network Delivery Engineering, you will be responsible for managing complex IT environments in a large enterprise, particularly in the financial sector. Demonstrate your expertise in 24/7 network implementations and your command of Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ACI technologies. Your role demands exceptional skills in change management, incident oversight, and strategic advisory in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management for Canadian network delivery
- Manage incidents and expedite recovery processes
- Partner with automation teams for optimized reporting
- Provide technical direction to network engineering staff
- Act as escalation point for service issues
- 5+ years in IT delivery management
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and ACI technologies
- Knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF protocols
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Active Cisco certifications like CCNP or CCIE
