This includes planning, coordinating, and executing releases spanning new features, experience updates, service changes, and process or policy updates.This role ensures releases are delivered in a predictable, coordinated, and high-quality manner by driving cross-functional alignment across Success Offerings, field teams, engineering, and more. The Sr. Release Manager also ensures teams are fully prepared for launch and that releases are executed with minimal risk and disruption.**Responsibilities*** Own release planning, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Success Offerings* Manage the full release lifecycle from design, build, test, and launch* Maintain a centralized release roadmap in partnership with Offering Managers and other Release Managers* Plan and manage release windows and cycles* Lead Go-Live activities, including execution of launch and communication plans* Ensure cross-functional readiness (testing, pilots, documentation, support preparedness)* Conduct release readiness, milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews* Identify, track, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, timeline, or quality* Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies* Ensure customer and business risks are clearly documented with mitigation plans* Serve as the central point of coordination across teams* Communicate release plans, timelines, changes, and status to stakeholders* Provide regular release reporting and updates* Continuously improve release management processes, tools, and operating rhythms* Drive consistency and scalability across release practices* Releases are delivered on time with clear coordination and minimal disruption* Internal teams are aligned, prepared, and confident ahead of launch* Clear, consistent communication reduces confusion and support impact* Risks are proactively identified and effectively managed* Release processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving**Minimum Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience in program management, release management, product operations, or related roles* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment* Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information* Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working with subscription-based services, customer success, or SaaS business models* Experience driving large-scale enablement or readiness programs* Background in customer success, sales, or GTM operations\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_## Aperçu du posteLe ou la gestionnaire principal(e) des mises en production (Sr. Release Manager) est responsable du cycle de vie complet des mises en production de fonctionnalités et de services au sein du portefeuille Success Offerings. Le ou la gestionnaire principal(e) des mises en production s’assure également que les équipes sont pleinement prêtes pour le lancement et que les déploiements sont réalisés avec un minimum de risques et d’interruptions.## Responsabilités* Assurer la planification des mises en production, incluant les échéanciers, jalons et dépendances à travers les Success Offerings* Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des mises en production, de la conception à la construction, aux essais et au lancement* Maintenir une feuille de route centralisée des mises en production en partenariat avec les gestionnaires d’offres et les autres gestionnaires des mises en production* Planifier et gérer les fenêtres et cycles de mise en production* Diriger les activités de mise en service (Go-Live), incluant l’exécution des plans de lancement et de communication* Assurer la préparation interfonctionnelle (tests, projets pilotes, documentation, préparation du soutien)* Effectuer les revues de préparation des mises en production, des jalons et les évaluations Go/No-Go* Identifier, suivre et atténuer les risques ayant une incidence sur la portée, l’échéancier ou la qualité des mises en production* Favoriser la résolution des enjeux et dépendances interfonctionnels* Veiller à ce que les risques pour les clients et l’entreprise soient clairement documentés avec des plans d’atténuation* Agir comme point central de coordination entre les équipes* Communiquer les plans, échéanciers, changements et statuts des mises en production aux parties prenantes* Fournir des rapports et mises à jour réguliers sur les mises en production* Améliorer continuellement les processus, outils et cadences opérationnelles liés à la gestion des mises en production* Favoriser la cohérence et l’évolutivité des pratiques de mise en production* S’assurer que les mises en production sont livrées à temps, avec une coordination claire et un minimum d’interruptions* Veiller à ce que les équipes internes soient alignées, préparées et confiantes avant les lancements* Assurer une communication claire et cohérente afin de réduire la confusion et les impacts sur le soutien* Identifier et gérer les risques de façon proactive et efficace* Maintenir des processus de mise en production efficaces, évolutifs et en amélioration continue## Qualifications minimales* Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en gestion de programmes, gestion des mises en production, opérations produit ou rôles connexes* Capacité démontrée à gérer des initiatives complexes et interfonctionnelles dans un environnement matriciel* Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et d’exécution avec une grande attention aux détails* Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à simplifier des informations complexes* Capacité à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique et à favoriser l’alignement entre les parties prenantes## Qualifications souhaitées* Expérience avec des services par abonnement, la réussite client (customer success) ou les modèles d’affaires SaaS* Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de programmes d’habilitation ou de préparation à grande échelle* Expérience en réussite client, en ventes ou en opérations de mise en marché (GTM)
