Client Implementation Coordinator French

The Client Implementation Coordinator serves as the primary contact for new Blackline clients and those undergoing major account changes ensuring smooth and successful implementations. They understand client needs by gathering requirements for successful deployments and providing effective change management support. They lead the setup of customized online account structures ensuring optimal configurations for each client. They provide comprehensive training on hardware software and data analytics to help clients fully leverage Blacklines products and services. They build strong lasting relationships with clients from day one setting the stage for ongoing success and collaboration.

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).

This position is remote and open to candidates residing in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple deployment simultaneously ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through to execution resolving any challenges that arise.
• Design custom account structures tailored to client needs optimizing usage growth and transparency.
• Lead engaging training sessions for both end-users and executives in-person and online.
• Stay up to date with Blacklines offerings becoming an expert on products and best implementation practices.
• Proactively manage client expectations providing strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment throughout project delivery.
• Continuously seek process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance effectiveness.
• Support field trials and new products rollouts working with teams to ensure clear communication and smooth transitions.
• Share key insights and learnings with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

About You

• French proficiency is required but additional language skills are considered an asset:
• Spanish Italian German and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills able to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project coordination experience or entry-level candidates eager to learn also considered.
• Superior organizational skills able to manage 50 clients and projects simultaneously adjusting priorities as needed.
• Tech savvy and able to quickly learn Blacklines product offerings.
• Detail-oriented and accurate ensuring high quality execution of all tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite CRM & ERP systems and project management tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.
