Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory conversations with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up communications.
- Guide prospective clients through the initial information process.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital communication tools.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
- Manage daily activities independently while collaborating with a global remote community.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using digital communication platforms and online systems.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in client success, customer service, administration, operations, project coordination, business development, sales, education, healthcare, or similar fields is an asset.
