Manager of Financial Reporting and Compliance

Enhance financial reporting practices as a Manager overseeing regulatory compliance and client engagements. This full-time role focuses on streamlining operations for improved efficiencies. As part of the Mid-Senior level team, you will handle client onboarding processes and ensure accuracy in financial statement publishing. You’ll support interactions with vendors and provide consultative services, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. Leading and training the financial reporting team will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regulatory publishing and client onboarding
- Foster strong vendor and client relationships
- Ensure deadlines are met for all implementation activities
- Provide expert consultative support on reporting issues
- Manage team training and performance assessments
- University degree in Accounting; professional qualification preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field
- At least 3 years of Canadian tax experience, including management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High commitment to quality and timely deliverables
