Manager, Financial Reporting for IMCO

Drive excellence in financial reporting with IMCO as a Manager in this one-year contract. Ensure timely and accurate disclosures for corporate and investment funds. In this role, you'll lead financial statement preparation and enhance governance practices in compliance with IFRS. Your expertise will support accounting analysis, policy development, and audit coordination, while also aiming for continuous improvement in reporting processes. Partnering with teams across IMCO, you’ll play a crucial role in sustaining financial accuracy and transparency. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for corporate and investment funds
• Document and recommend actions based on accounting analyses
• Prepare materials for Finance and Audit Committee
• Oversee reports related to sustainable investing disclosures
• Support the coordination of external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
• CPA designation required; CFA advantageous
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS and complex investment structures
• Superior communication and organizational capabilities
