Financial Reporting Manager at Purpose Unlimited

Enhance regulatory reporting at Purpose Unlimited as a Financial Reporting Manager. Oversee critical financial statements and leverage AI to improve efficiencies in reporting. In this pivotal role, you will guide the regulatory reporting function, ensuring accuracy for Purpose Investments. With 3-5 years of financial reporting experience, you'll work closely with compliance, legal, and product teams. Your focus will be on maintaining audit-ready documentation and leading a team to achieve zero filing misses across all Purpose funds. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver annual and semi-annual financial statements on time
• Lead production of Fund and ETF Facts for regulatory filing
• Improve AI-augmented reporting workflows and processes
• Serve as subject matter expert on financial reporting standards
• Build relationships with external auditors and legal counsel

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in investment fund accounting or financial reporting
• Deep knowledge of NI 81-106 and IFRS standards
• CPA designation or enrollment in CPA program
• Proven experience overseeing regulatory filing cycles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted reporting tools preferable
