Senior ITSM Process Consultant

Lead ITSM process coordination as a Senior Specialized IT Consultant in a provisionally hybrid assignment supporting Ontario Public Service standards.
This senior consultant guides operations and cross-functional stakeholders through compliance, design coordination, and service management practices. The work requires ITSM knowledge, process development, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will advise vendors and senior management while contributing to IT strategies and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-process compliance and design coordination activities
- Provide technical guidance on standards, policies, and procedures
- Draft I&IT process procedures and protocols documentation
- Monitor agreements and resolve identified problems and issues
- Support system and user acceptance testing teams
Requirements:
- Five years of experience
- Strong ITSM knowledge and experience
- Experience developing processes and documentation
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Public sector service management experience
