- Track KPIs including OEE and Safety metrics
- Develop plans for process optimization and cost reduction
- Lead continuous improvement projects and training initiatives
- 6+ years in packaging operations
- Experience in CPG or food manufacturing
- Strong coaching and supervisory skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Degree required; Continuous Improvement certifications preferred
