Packaging Operations Manager at Redpath Sugar

Lead and innovate in packaging operations with Redpath Sugar as a Packaging Manager in Toronto. Oversee a dedicated team while ensuring quality production and strategic improvements. - Manage and lead supervisors to meet production demand
- Analyze data and implement performance strategies
- Track and report key performance indicators continuously
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Develop plans for operational improvement and technical depth
- Minimum 6 years of experience in packaging operations
- Experience in a unionized environment preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- BS/BA degree required; certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
