Overview
Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Software Engineering - Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Software Engineering - Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting enterprise-level analytics and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Data Visualizations and Dashboards within ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and support Platform Analytics features, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
- Support advanced Performance Analytics configurations, including indicator setup and data job collections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reporting issues, ensuring data visibility and filter accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data models into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development and analytics.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Data Visualizations and Dashboards.
- Expertise in Platform Analytics features, filters, and data structures used for reporting.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and JSON, with advanced SQL knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and preferred certifications in Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics.
