A leading packaging manufacturer is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Rep to join their team. In this important role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Compensation
- Base Salary of $95,000
- Commission structure
- Benefits package, including health and dental
Position Description
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and lead development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients,
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in packaging industry.
- 3 to 5 years of sales and presentation experience.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes, materials, and technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude.
