Sitting within Sales Operations, we are standing up a dedicated enablement function designed to multiply seller impact — integrating AI-powered tools, scalable certifications, and sellers skills training into the daily workflows of sellers, distributors, and reps globally. Our mission is simple: scalable solutions powered by AI. We're deploying platforms like Claude, MS 365, Vinton AI, and Absorb LMS. This is an opportunity to shape how a global commercial organization learns, upskills, and sells — with AI at the center of that transformation.Job SummaryHands-on content development and enablement role responsible for building and distributing learning that scales Semtech's commercial organization. This specialist owns LMS administration, Salesforce skills onboarding, SharePoint content, growth tier support programs, and AI tool training for internal and external sellers. The ideal candidate combines deep content development experience with the ability to work independently through ambiguity — producing polished, effective learning materials that close skill gaps at scale.ResponsibilitiesContent Development & LMSCreate scalable training content: courses, modules, job aids, video, and quick-start guidesAdminister Absorb LMS: learning paths, user management, reporting, and content curationEdit and produce audio and video assets using Camtasia or equivalent toolsCo-create product training with Business Units for all audience levels and regionsDevelop and maintain graphically aligned, brand-consistent content independentlySalesforce & Onboarding ProgramsOwn Salesforce skills onboarding for internal and external sellers — from fundamentals to opportunity managementBuild and deliver Salesforce proficiency certifications (Level 1 and Level 2)Design scalable onboarding programs that close skill gaps consistently across new hires and partner channelsSharePoint & Knowledge ManagementCreate, update, and manage Commercial Team SharePoint content libraries and resource hubsMaintain SFDC knowledge base and business process documentation for sales workflowsIdentify and fill content gaps proactively, own knowledge currency across enablement repositoriesAccount Growth Tier Support & CertificationDevelop, distribute, and support growth tier go-to-market skills training through the LMS for distributors and repsBuild Product Training and FAE CertificationsAssess training needs, gaps, and effectiveness metrics on an ongoing basisAI Tools & Training DeliverySupport Vinton AI configuration and user adoption across Salesforce instancesManage Claude/SharePoint integration, Co-Pilot use cases, and AI role-play tool administrationFacilitate AI training sessions and certification tracks, Account Insight Process workshop support, and onboarding programsTrack and Report on tool adoption include usage and estimated productivity trendsGeneral Commercial Team EngagementPromote interaction, engagement, and support for the field via use of tools like Teams Channels, regular office hours / ask me anything sessions, enablement effectiveness surveysMinimum Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on content development experience, ideally in a technology-based companyDemonstrated ability to create and deliver polished instructional content independentlyLMS platform experience — administration and content (Absorb strongly preferred)Salesforce experience; comfortable building skills training and onboarding programs around CRM workflowsSharePoint content creation and management experienceHands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent)Video and audio editing proficiency; experience with Camtasia or similar toolsDemonstrated experience working with internal subject matter experts to source and validate contentStrong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal directionDesired QualificationsInstructional design or adult learning backgroundAbsorb Create experience for LMS content authoringGenerative AI experience (prompt development, AI-assisted content workflows)Semiconductor or technical B2B industry experienceCertification program development experienceSAP experience an assetThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
