Digital Business Alliance (DBA) to społeczność ponad 200 founderów i liderów firm technologicznych w Polsce , którzy wspólnie tworzą przestrzeń do wymiany doświadczeń, współpracy i wzajemnego wsparcia.
Organizujemy wydarzenia w największych miastach, łączymy ludzi wokół idei rozwoju i technologii, a także pomagamy firmom skalować się dzięki partnerstwom i wymianie wiedzy.
Naszym celem jest budowanie silnej sieci przedsiębiorców, którzy razem kształtują przyszłość polskiej branży technologicznej.
Rola
Szukamy osoby, która poprowadzi i rozwinie społeczność DBA – zadba o komunikację, relacje między członkami, aktywność w kanałach i wsparcie lokalnych chapterów (Warszawa, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź, Gdynia).
To rola dla kogoś, kto łączy strategiczne myślenie o rozwoju społeczności z codzienną operacyjną skutecznością – potrafi planować, ale też działać.
Twoje zadania
🔹 1. Komunikacja i publikacje
Samodzielne tworzenie i publikacja treści na kanałach DBA (LinkedIn, Slack, newsletter, Luma).
Przygotowywanie angażujących postów, zaproszeń i aktualności.
Współtworzenie newslettera DBA – zbieranie historii, inicjatyw i inspiracji od członków społeczności.
Dbanie o spójny ton komunikacji i wizerunek DBA.
🔹 2. Koordynacja i wsparcie wydarzeń
Współpraca z lokalnymi Headami Chapterów w całej Polsce.
Pomoc w organizacji śniadań, meetupów i spotkań founderskich.
Wsparcie promocji wydarzeń (posty, mailing, komunikacja w Slacku i na Luma).
Działania administracyjne: rejestracje, zaproszenia, follow-upy.
🔹 3. Relacje i zaangażowanie społeczności
Onboarding nowych członków (Slack, newsletter, powitanie i kontakt).
Aktywizacja członków – inicjowanie dyskusji, poleceń, współprac.
Moderacja Slacka i odpowiadanie na wiadomości społeczności.
🔹 4. Partnerstwa i współpraca z firmami
Wsparcie komunikacji z partnerami, sponsorami i prelegentami.
Pomoc przy działaniach promocyjnych i partnerskich.
🔹 5. Operacje i narzędzia
Aktualizacja kalendarza wydarzeń, Lumy i materiałów w Notion.
Przygotowywanie podsumowań wydarzeń, raportów i list uczestników.
Wykorzystywanie narzędzi (Slack, Notion, Canva, Luma, ClickUp, Substack, OpenAI) do usprawniania codziennej pracy.
🔹 6. Raportowanie i feedback
Zbieranie danych o aktywności społeczności i wydarzeniach.
Regularne raportowanie wyników (liczba uczestników, wydarzeń, nowych członków).
Analiza feedbacku i rekomendacje usprawnień.
Profil idealnej osoby
Must have:
Doświadczenie w community buildingu, komunikacji lub marketingu B2B.
Świetna organizacja pracy i samodzielność.
Umiejętność pisania angażujących treści po polsku (mile widziana znajomość angielskiego).
Znajomość narzędzi: Slack, Notion, Canva, Luma, LinkedIn, Substack, ClickUp, Google Drive.
Otwartość, inicjatywa i pozytywna energia – naturalna chęć do angażowania ludzi.
Nice to have:
Doświadczenie w pracy z firmami technologicznymi lub software house’ami.
Znajomość środowiska startupowego.
Umiejętność korzystania z AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio).
