Technical Lead, Patient Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and mobile development strategy for patient-facing applications.
• Prototype and ship features across patient mobile and web apps in partnership with product and design.
• Help shape product direction for patient engagement, retention, onboarding, and care journeys.
• Engage directly with patients and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to translate needs into features.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
• Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and development practices for patient-facing products.

Requirements

• Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing mobile, web, or full-stack products.
• Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to work across the full stack and move quickly in a startup environment.
• Strong focus on building high-quality user experiences and collaborating closely with product and design.
• Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents and using them to increase engineering impact.
