Job Summary

We're hiring a full-time, remote Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across emerging AI-driven ad channels — including ChatGPT Ads.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves testing new platforms early, is comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics, and wants to be at the forefront of AI-powered advertising.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across AI platforms.
• Research, test, and manage advertising on ChatGPT Ads and other emerging AI ad platforms as they roll out
• Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing bids, budgets, targeting, and creative based on data
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track spend, ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics
• Collaborate with our creative and content team to develop ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that convert
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, audiences, and offers to continuously improve performance
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities in the AI space
• Manage monthly ad spend and provide clear, regular performance reports to leadership
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on media buying / paid advertising experience (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads required)
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with new AI advertising platforms, including ChatGPT Ads
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading performance data and translating it into optimization decisions
• Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets with accountability for ROI
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience marketing to financial services, mortgage, or B2B SaaS audiences

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)
• Location: 100% remote
• Schedule: Full-time
