WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Creative team, a team of designers and developers led Philippe, Creative Director,, with members based in Paris, San Francisco, and Seoul. 

In short, the Creative team is responsible for producing all the ad creatives that power Adikteev's campaigns. This means designing and developing every format Adikteev uses: statics, videos, MRAIDs (interactive HTML5 banners), playable ads, and native ads. The team works hand-in-hand with Account Management and clients to translate campaign briefs into high-performing creatives, from initial concept and client workshops all the way through to final delivery and performance iteration. 

The team also plays a strategic role: tracking design trends, building best practices from top-performing creatives, and creating templates that improve the overall production workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Creative Lead for APAC, you’ll help build and scale one of Adikteev’s highest-potential regions. Concretely, this means:

Creative Strategy & Production:

• Prioritise and drive creative production for our clients’ app, being responsible for the quality of delivery.

• Brainstorm and generate new ideas for mobile creatives.

• Design animated, interactive, and playable mobile ads that allow a consistent brand experience, such as videos, storyboards, and motion graphics that support and enhance advertising campaigns.

Creative Performance & Client Strategy:

• Analyse ad performance data and iterate on creatives to improve performance.

• Participate in client meetings, providing feedback and insights on creatives.

• Watch the market and be constantly looking to try new things and concepts.

• Develop and maintain a high standard of creative guidelines, processes, benchmarks, and best practices.

Team Leadership:

• Manage the design team in APAC, guiding them from idea generation through creative production, while helping them improve the performance of their ads (messaging, etc.) and their client presentations.

WHO YOU ARE

You’ll thrive in this role, and be a great fit for the Creative team at Adikteev, if you bring:

Experience & background:

• 6+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.

• Previous experience managing a team.

• Background in ad tech or a mobile gaming studio.

Skills:

• Proficiency with After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud).

• Knowledge of interaction design.

• Understanding of the building blocks of game development, including animation, AI, graphics engines, and related systems.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong team spirit.

• Organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining rigor and responsiveness.

• Autonomous, accountable, and able to take ownership of your work.

Languages:

• English: full professional proficiency - mandatory ;

• Chinese (Mandarin): full professional proficiency - mandatory

Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold Korean citizenship and/or maintain residency in South Korea in order to be considered for this position. 

COMPENSATION

• Competitive Salary between

  • ₩95M and ₩105M OTE (South Korea)

  • ¥450k and ¥500k OTE (China)

We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

• Use case to complete remotely and present to Philippe, Creative Director, and John, Country Manager;
